Flag Lowering Request Form

Use this form to submit a request to lower municipal flags in recognition of a significant event.

This form must be submitted a minimum of four (4) weeks in advance of your request date. Requests will be confirmed on a first-come, first serve basis.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protectoin of Privacy Act, as amended. Questions about the collection of perosnal information should be directed to the Clerk of the Municipality of South Huron.
